IMG_0213Aim2Walk is excited to share that Every Body Fitness will be back for the month of January.  It’s the perfect time to tackle those New Years Resolutions to stay fit and maybe shed a few pounds.  We love how our classes are adaptable to EVERY body type and encourage anyone and everyone to join in the fun.  This January we are holding both our Adapted Fitness classes and our Tai Chi/Meditation classes on Tuesdays.

Every Body Fitness classes are run by Registered Kinesiologist’s who are trained to increase the physical fitness of those who are sedentary or disabled. The Adapted Fitness class focuses on improving mobility, coordination, strength and flexibility by using combination of techniques from dance, yoga, and boxing. The Tai Chi and Meditation class is an excellent way to build more body awareness, maximise breath control and increase relaxation to support normal body function.

Specializing in those with: Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Muscle Imbalance, Overweight, Hypertension & Diabetes

*Physician Clearance form needed to participate for new members.
