Aim2Walk has been pumping up the jam on Tuesday evenings with our new “Every Body Fitness” class. So far we’ve had a great turnout of people of ALL body types moving and grooving along with our instructors Michelle Teves and Lindsay Simpson. Fitness is an integral part of staying healthy and feeling good! Working here at Aim2Walk, we are constantly adapting exercises and conjuring up ideas on how to challenge our clients including in our fitness class.
