Fitness is meant for everybody, and by that we mean every body. Whether you’re standing or in a wheelchair, fitness is an integral part of staying healthy and feeling good! Working here at Aim2Walk, we are constantly adapting exercises and conjuring up ideas on how to challenge our clients.
