Roll It Out!

As a massage therapist, i’ve had several clients ask if they could take my hands home with them. Clearly this isn’t a practical idea and I’m sure my boyfriend would have a thing or two to say about it. So what do you do to relieve those tension spots in your muscles when your massage therapist isn’t around? Basically using anything to apply pressure to the area could help work it out. I personally enjoy using a foam roller as well as a massage ball.

Using these items  can help stretch, massage and relieve pain and tension. I have compiled a few basic yet very effective ways to use your rolling tools to help you in between massage treatments. Take a look at this video to learn how to roll it out.
